      In the next two years Hall Commercial will have a new building that will be on the cutting edge of technology.  The new office will have three to four working roof systems that will be accessible to view, also you will have the capability to study data gathered on the roofs performance.  The efficiency of all roof systems will be monitored 24hs a day with the latest thermal measuring systems to give you a full understanding of how the roof you may install will save you money in the future.

General Liability Insured

  Removal of all SPF foam roofing and wood fiber to steel deck.  Prepared deck to receive a layer of 1” GAF Energy Guard perlite insulation.  Attached to perlite a #75 GAFGlas base sheet (mechanically fastened) using Drill-Tec screws and set in GAFGlas Type IV felt in Type III asphalt.  To top of felt installed a torch welded GAF Ruberoid cap sheet membrane with a white granular surface.
