Executive Team
Joe Hall - Founder
Joe is keen on improving the knowledge of all roofers in the trade. He pushes fellow contractors to understand changes in legislation and roofing standards, as well as improving their quality of work.
He knows that an educated public and a team of knowledgeable roofing contractors create a level playing field. Joe’s main focus is his commitment to exceptional customer service and the education of the general public on what to expect out of roofing contractors. He knows how important it is to prevent his clients from accepting substandard work and getting conned from unscrupulous businessmen.
He is a founding member of the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association and has served on the board for many years. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association. Joe is a certified trainer with the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors and has given numerous seminars to residential home builders on good roofing practices.
Joe is developing a legacy of customer and contractor education to help improve the roofing industry within the community.
Brett Hall – President
Brett bought the company from his father in 1996 and has made it his primary objective to continue his father’s legacy. Brett not only wishes to continue in his father’s footsteps, but to create new impressions that can be passed on to the next generation of Halls – his children.
Brett works feverishly to improve company procedures that will ultimately generate high levels of customer satisfaction and enhance customer experience. Brett understands his vital role in the expansion of Joe Hall Roofing, Inc., as well as the company’s place in the community.
Like his father, Brett involves himself with the community, both in the roofing community and the general public. Brett works with roofers to give back to the community.
Brett is enthusiastic for the future of Joe Hall Roofing, Inc. and will continue to pursue his father’s objectives, all the while incorporating his vision and personal strategy for Joe Hall Roofing, Inc.
Derek Hall - Senior Sales Consultant
Another of Joe’s sons, Derek has been in the family business since 1994. He is a vital asset to Joe Hall Roofing, Inc. Derek is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish fluently. This makes Derek an excellent communications tool between homeowners and field service personnel.
He has an in-depth knowledge of residential and commercial roofing sales. He is well versed in roofing products and the workmanship ideals involved in roofing. Derek is your go-to guy for roof inspections and consultations. His consultations involve a detailed quote and a face-to-face discussion of what we can, and will, do for you.
Like his brother, Derek is focused on continuing the family legacy by providing exceptional customer service and promoting community involvement.
Kay Orr - Business Administrator
In January 2002, Kay joined the team at Joe Hall Roofing, Inc. and has proven to be an invaluable asset to the company. She has internalized the company’s work ethic and overall objectives, which have helped maintain an unparalleled level of customer loyalty.
Before coming to Joe Hall Roofing, Inc. Kay was an entrepreneur for over 20 years. This experience has helped in terms of her willingness to work above and beyond the call of duty for the growth of Joe Hall Roofing, Inc.
